I'm a passionate designer, UX consultant with an entrepreneurial spirit and has 20 years of professional experience in creating Human-Centric Product Design. In my perspective, a good design is either a tangible or digital product that is accessible, intuitive, simple to use, and easy to learn. I take pleasure in working with all kinds of design engagements to solve real-world business problems. I believe that the USER FIRST approach is the key to any product success, so every step of my design process ensures the value proposition that I bring to the table should satisfy both the client's business goals and the user’s needs.
Being a product designer, I strongly believe that every product has a limited shelf life and would have to be replaced by a newer version sooner or later. We're experiencing immense technological advancements and rapid changes happening around us every single day. Thus, I constantly update my knowledge and encourage my team members to adapt to the latest trends and technologies to bridge this growing gap between humans and systems.
My Design Strategy
I’ve had the role of both a lead designer and an independent contributor while collaborating with businesses, engineering teams, and product stakeholders to discover the project goals and define the Design Strategy. And, depending on the need for a particular engagement, I work on the following:
My job does not end there; I also engage with Dev/Engineering teams to follow up and ensure that the expected outcome is rendering well across multi-channel devices and browsers along with the Accessibility coding standards. Sometimes, I work on front-end code level debugging to help the engineering team resolve any issues that challenge successful product delivery.
